When capturing your shipment details at checkout, you have the option to create an account with Boutique Silk Flowers. It is not mandatory to create an account for any products (flower arrangements) bought online. However, when you purchase a subscription package, in other words hiring flowers from us, the system will automatically create an account for you and request that you create a password for protected access.

Once logged in, you’ll be able to view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses, edit your account details or change your password.

If you have used Stripe when you purchased and opted to save your payment method for your convenience, you have the option to delete those details in your My Account.

 
Shipping and communication along the way

Orders are shipped from Melbourne and will be dispatched within 2 working days. The following are indicative of estimated in-transit delivery times:

  •  Next day to Bendigo, Geelong, Melbourne
  • 1 to 2 business days to Adelaide, Canberra, Sydney and Newcastle
  • 2 to 5 business days to Brisbane, Gold Coast, Toowoomba, Coffs Harbour and Port Macquarie
  • 3 to 5 business days to Hobart, Launceston
  • 4 to 7 business days to Sunshine Coast, Bundaberg, Rockhampton, Mackay, Townsville, Cairns, Maryborough

Any changes to orders need to be received within 12 hours from placement of the order. This might cause some delay in dispatching your goods.

Due to the fragile nature of your flowers and glass product, we take extreme care with our packaging. We informed our shipment agents of the requirement to keep products upright during transit, it is important that you start opening your package in the same position. Please note the markings (“this side up”) to open your product and follow the unpacking instruction carefully.

We use Toll or DHL for orders exceeding the maximum requirements of our regular shipment agent, this mostly applies to our larger arrangements, those higher than 1 meter. During checkout you will be charged an estimated rate for delivery. We will confirm the final cost of delivery and process either a refund or payment for the difference prior to dispatching your order.

 
Payment Process

Boutique Silk Flowers offer two different payment methods to make payment for your purchased flower arrangement/s or when hiring.

For products in our online shop, you have the option to pay using either Stripe or PayPal. Both accept credit card payments (Visa, Master Card or American Express).

When subscribing to one of our subscription packages, only Stripe is available to set-up future payments using Visa, Master Card or American Express. No immediate fee is charged as you are eligible for a free 2-week trial. Only if you wish to proceed after the 2-week trial, will the first recurring payment be charged and the subsequent payments every 2 weeks thereafter.
